Sexy Smoothie Bowl

A delicious alternative way to enjoy a smoothie - with a spoon, it's almost like dessert!

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup oat milk I like Oatly or rude health or plenish
  • 1 small ripe banana or a frozen banana (tip - freeze your bananas when they are perfectly ripe, peel them and store in a sealable freezer bag)
  • 1 cup frozen pineapple
  • 1 handful spinach
  • 1/4 avocado
  • 2 tsp I AM Lean (see my shop for this fat busting bag of super greens!)
  • 1 tsp Moringa optional
  • 1 tbs inulin pre-biotic powder

Instructions

  1. Pop all the ingredients into a high speed blender and blitz until completely smooth.

  2. Pour into a bowl, decorate with granola and almond butter

  3. Enjoy with a beautiful big smile!
