Naomi’s approach to nutrition and wellness is Holistic, Realistic, Individual, Mindful and Compassionate. 
She works with corporate, commercial and private clients to help them understand that optimum health is a vehicle not a destination; and the journey starts exact where her they are. Her approach is uniquely tailored and individually created to meet the needs of her clients.

1-2-1 Coaching 3 Month Program 

My 3 month coaching program focuses on 3 areas: Nutrition, Mindset and your Body   
I will see you twice a month and we explore all 3 areas in each session with a whole and holistic approach to your well-BEING.
You will be empowered with new tools and resources.  You have full accountability and ongoing support helping you reach your goals.  
You will learn how your mindset impacts your choices and what limiting beliefs are holding you back, you will learn how to eat balanced meals, plan your meals and save time in the kitchen, you will learn how to eat, what to eat and when to eat plus so much more.  
Each session lasts 55 minutes and will be in person or via facetime / skype.
