An alkalising smoothie bursting with essential green nutrients Vitamins A,C,E + K plus dietary fibre.

Greens help to maintain a healthy pH balance in the body.

Course: Breakfast, Drinks
Servings: 1
  • 1 cup oat milk
  • 1 small ripe banana
  • 1/2 courgette
  • 1 handful organic spinach (you can also use a cube of frozen spinach)
  • 1 tsp spirulina (optional)
  • 1 tsp lucuma (optional)
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder I use MissFits
  • 3 or 4 ice cubes
  1. Put all the ingredients in a high speed blender and blitz until smooth and creamy

  2. Serve and drink immediately with a big beautiful smile 

Naomi's Tips

If you are using a nutri-bullet or similar you may need to chop the courgette up into 4 chunks so it blends easier.

Swap out the superfoods for your favourites

I always use a protein powder when I have this for breakfast to provide optimum balance and sustain my appetite until lunch.
