An alkalising smoothie bursting with essential green nutrients Vitamins A,C,E + K plus dietary fibre.
Greens help to maintain a healthy pH balance in the body.
- 1 cup oat milk
- 1 small ripe banana
- 1/2 courgette
- 1 handful organic spinach (you can also use a cube of frozen spinach)
- 1 tsp spirulina (optional)
- 1 tsp lucuma (optional)
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder I use MissFits
- 3 or 4 ice cubes
Put all the ingredients in a high speed blender and blitz until smooth and creamy
Serve and drink immediately with a big beautiful smile
If you are using a nutri-bullet or similar you may need to chop the courgette up into 4 chunks so it blends easier.
