A delicious way to enjoy all the fat burst benefits of I AM Lean – don’t forget your spoon for this rich and indulgent smoothie or you could have it as dessert if you fancy something sweet after dinner!
A delicious alternative way to enjoy a smoothie - with a spoon, it's almost like dessert!
- 1/2 cup oat milk I like Oatly or rude health or plenish
- 1 small ripe banana or a frozen banana (tip - freeze your bananas when they are perfectly ripe, peel them and store in a sealable freezer bag)
- 1 cup frozen pineapple
- 1 handful spinach
- 1/4 avocado
- 2 tsp I AM Lean (see my shop for this fat busting bag of super greens!)
- 1 tsp Moringa optional
- 1 tbs inulin pre-biotic powder
Pop all the ingredients into a high speed blender and blitz until completely smooth.
Pour into a bowl, decorate with granola and almond butter
Enjoy with a beautiful big smile!
