A delicious nutrient dense smoothie packed full of goodness to keep you full until lunchtime!

Course: smoothie
Servings: 1
Ingredients
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/2 ripe banana
  • 1/2 organic pear
  • 1 cube frozen organic spinach
  • 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1/2 organic courgette
  • 1 scoop Vanilla protien I use missfits vegan
  • 2 tsp I AM LEAN Naomi's Kitchen brand (in the shop)
  • 1/2 tsp chaga Naomi's Kitchen brand (in the shop)
  • 1 tsp Maca Naomi's Kitchen brand (in the shop)
Instructions
  1. Pop everything into a high speed blender and whizz on full until smooth

  2. Pour and drink immediately

Naomi's Tips

This is a delicious smoothie perfect for breakfast as it is full of protein, good fats and fibre - all these elements balance the meal perfectly to increase satiety and keep you fuller for longer which will reduce sugar cravings and snacking between meals.

I AM Lean is a great addition to this smoothie if you are trying to lose a bit of weight or get on top of bad habits which have crept back in.
