A delicious nutrient dense smoothie packed full of goodness to keep you full until lunchtime!
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 ripe banana
- 1/2 organic pear
- 1 cube frozen organic spinach
- 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
- 1/2 organic courgette
- 1 scoop Vanilla protien I use missfits vegan
- 2 tsp I AM LEAN Naomi's Kitchen brand (in the shop)
- 1/2 tsp chaga Naomi's Kitchen brand (in the shop)
- 1 tsp Maca Naomi's Kitchen brand (in the shop)
Pop everything into a high speed blender and whizz on full until smooth
Pour and drink immediately
This is a delicious smoothie perfect for breakfast as it is full of protein, good fats and fibre - all these elements balance the meal perfectly to increase satiety and keep you fuller for longer which will reduce sugar cravings and snacking between meals.
