Immune Boosting Smoothie

A delicious frappe like smoothie that is bursting with immune boosting goodness

Course: Breakfast
Cuisine: healthy

Servings: 1
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 ripe banana peeled
  • 1 shot de-caff coffee optional
  • 1 cup frozen cauliflower
  • 1 cube frozen spinach or handful of fresh
  • 2 tsp raw cacao powder
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla powder or essence
  • 1 pitted medjool date
  • 1/2 tsp chaga powder
  • 1 tsp wild blueberry powder
  1. Simply pop everything into a high speed blender and blitz on high powder until everything is smooth and the frozen veg has been completely broken down

  2. If you are using fresh veggies then you might want to add ice instead as warm greens are not tasty!

  3. Top with cacao nibs for an extra crunch and a sprinkle of cinnamon
